Arrowhead Semi-Private Suites and Executive Suites:

Operating Hours: 7am - 11pm, Monday-Sunday. No persons are authorized to be in the building after 11pm. Upon closing, alarm/motion detectors will be set.

No Painting: No painting, wallpapering, or altering in any way office walls and/or doors.

False Alarm: False alarm violations will result in a $25 fine on the first offense. After the first offense, the violation increases to $100 for each violation thereafter.

Maintenance: Please report landlord responsible maintenance issues in writing via Rent Café app.

Restroom: Shared common area restrooms.
